What can you do if you want to get rid of the purchase within the cooling-off period?
If you have ordered something from Enjoyable Warmth then you have 30 days to change your mind from the day of receipt. Within that time, you can cancel your purchase without giving reasons.
What can you do with the product during the cooling-off period?
You must be able to assess the product to see if you want to keep it. You can open the package to view the product, provided you do this properly.
You may not actually use the product if you do not yet know if you are keeping it. Enjoyable Warmth may request a reimbursement if after return shipment it appears that you have done something with the product that was not necessary to be able to assess it.
If you want to return a product, follow the following steps
- Pack the product carefully in the original packaging so that it cannot be damaged or become incomplete.
- Send the product to us via a parcel service such as DPD, TNT or UPS. Don't forget to send us the track and trace link.
With which purchases do you not have a cooling off period?
Products that you have specially made. For example a bioethanol burner in a customized length.
You can exchange a product purchased at Enjoyable Warmth within 30 days for another product if it is undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. You can send the product to be exchanged to Enjoyable Warmth. The costs of this shipment are for your own account.
If you have to pay extra because your new product is more expensive, you will receive instructions on how to pay for it. After Enjoyable Warmth has checked the shipment sent back by you and any additional payment has been made, the new product can be sent again. Any price difference after exchange in favor of you will then be refunded within 10 working days at the latest. Products that are on sale can only be exchanged for an item with an equivalent price or higher price with an additional payment.
After Enjoyable Warmth has received the returned shipment with the item to be returned, a check will take place. If everything is in order, the purchase amount of the item is usually refunded to your account within 1 working day or at the latest within 10 working days. The costs for the return shipment are not reimbursed by us.
